ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR WLS 2018

WLS HAS GONE COMPLETELY DIGITAL! 

1. Please click on the link below to go to our online registration form. It's quick, easy, and saves trees (and you never have to use a FAX machine!) 

2. After you've filled out the registration, simply look to your right and notice the drop-down menu for our online payment option through Pay Pal. Please note: WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT POs or CHECKS.

3. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to pay for WLS using Pay Pal. Simply ignore the "pay using pay pal" option and look below it. You will see "pay using credit card". There ya go.
 
4. Your registration is complete when we have received both the enrollment form and the payment.
